3. For any matters that are considered an emergency and cannot wait until the next business day, then send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the subject of "emergency". We will only respond quickly if it is a true emergency. If the matter is deemed *not* to be an emergency, you will receive an acknowledgment, but no action will be taken until the next business day. Be sure to include the word "emergency" in the subject in order for the email to be routed immediately to the engineer on call.
